Jim says creative ownership of the title of his presentation is variously attributed to authors Allan Lokos, Robert Fulghum, and Thomas Kida. But whoever first came up with it, it’s a good springboard into what he’ll share on January 24. He’ll illustrate his presentation with three stories that highlight the difference that can exist between perception and reality.
