“Remembering Dr. Paul Farmer”

As we move into the annual season of giving, there are few among us who have given more to the world than Dr. Paul Farmer. A renowned anthropologist and global health advocate, Dr. Farmer was a co-founder of Partners in Health, which collaborates with governments across 11 countries to bring quality health care to those most in need. The PIH website states “Paul taught all those around him the power of accompaniment, love for one another, and solidarity”. UUUF member and fellow anthropologist, Marilyn Stewart Kelch, will share more about his life and his work.
