“Labor Day 2021”
with Reflections by UUUF Members
A federal holiday since 1894, Labor Day is a time to pay tribute to the contributions and achievements of American workers. This year, pandemic year two, we turn our attention to all our essential workers who have continued to support our communities through here difficult times, our healthcare workers who have had Herculean tasks, and to our continuing low-wage economy that continues to make it difficult for all to live and work with dignity.
ABOUT US
We are a “lay-led” congregation with a different speaker every Sunday morning. We hear from a wide variety of academic, spiritual, and social justice speakers. Our Sunday Services are designed to illuminate different spiritual paths and strengthen our sense of self, family, and community.
