with Peter Carlson
Peter Carlson, a member of UUUF, describes himself as an artist who works in the medium of human psychological and spiritual development. He has been a practicing Buddhist for over 30 years and the primary teacher for the Orlando Insight Meditation Group for over 20 years. Peter’s presentation will explore his realization of the congruence between the Seven Principles of Unitarian Universalism and a contemporary understanding of Buddhism termed “Secular Buddhism” with includes the Ten Theses of Secular Buddhism , so-called by Stephen Batchelor, an internationally respected scholar and meditation teacher.
