“Humanism: A Life of Ethics and Fulfillment”
Following the topic of Humanism last week, StoicDan has invited Jennifer Hancock for a talk this Sunday. She will present the elements of Humanism and why they are important for a fulfilling life. One definition from the AHA website: “Humanism is a progressive philosophy of life that, without theism or other supernatural beliefs, affirms our ability and responsibility to lead ethical lives of personal fulfillment that aspire to the greater good.” Other definitions include rational thinking, psychology, and recognizing our common humanity. After the presentation, we’ll have time for Q&A. We hope you can join us for this fascinating topic!
