[UUUS Community Garden] Call the Utilities BEFORE we dig

Mike,

You are the only one that has made a response to my proposal so far.

If you want to cut down the weeds, ferns, etc. on the site that would be a
good way to start. All of the trimmings will need to be gathered together
to start composting. We will need to get a bin or some kind of container
for it. But getting it may need to wait till a truck is available to
transport it.

Soil samples need to be taken for testing and I think it would be best if
you could work with Cat Rigby <fucogreenteam at gmail.com> to accomplish it.

Because I live about 30 miles away I can't afford two trips to the church in
one weekend. If you need my help on Saturday, please let me know,
otherwise I will be there on Sunday.

Best Regards
Greg Pettengill
